Project Name: Dualization of Howard Cooke Boulevard and Alice Eldimire Drive, Montego Bay, Jamaica

Location: Montego Bay, Jamaica

Upgrading of a 5km lane urban four (4) roadway, using the design build procurement strategy, comprising  five (5) signalized intersections, extensive drainage works including a piled bridge structure, road pavement on peaty soils and relocation of underground utilities.

NOWAL’s services included; Investigations, data collection, Topographic and Soil Surveys, Flood Risk Assessment, Preparation of preliminary and working drawings, Preparation of Construction Documents, Negotiation on behalf of Design Build Contractor, provision of construction inspection, resident engineering services, project management and reporting, Preparing as built drawings, Contractual advise to the Design Build Contractor.
