Project Name: Bahamas Water Supply Improvement Project
Location: Commonwealth of Bahamas

Rehabilitation and/or extension the water supply systems in communities across several islands, including New Providence South Andros, Cat Island, Long Island, Crooked Island, and San Salvador.

The infrastructure to be provided will include new Reverse Osmosis desalination plants, storage tanks, pumping stations, mains, chlorination facilities, etc.  Multiple works contracts will be utilized for the procurement of the works.

NOWAL was the Engineering Services Consultant for the provision of engineering services to include the preparation of tender documents, employer’s requirement, bid evaluation, preparation of reports, construction supervision/inspection, contract administration, evaluation of contractor’s programme and claims, review hydraulic designs.
