Project Name: NHT - Perth Housing Development

Location:  Manchester, Jamaica

A housing development on 240 hectares on rehabilitated bauxite mines, in central Jamaica, yielding some 780 housing solutions (lots) in Phase 1 of the development.

Project elements included; 6  km of roadway, new water distribution system to serve over 3,000 housing solutions in the final staged build out, storm water drainage system, incorporating mined out pits for detention and settling of storm water runoff, integrating the planning with the existing roadway system

NOWAL’s services included; Scope review, Master Planning, to consider future phases, preliminary, schematic and detailed working drawings, Soils and Topographic Surveys, Foundation, water supply, drainage and roadway design, provision of construction inspection, contract administration and resident engineering.
