(NOWAL) is an independent Consulting Engineering Company founded in 1982 with expertise in the fields of Civil, Municipal and Structural Engineering, and Project Management. Over the last four (4) decades, the company has provided consulting services for major private and public-sector agencies in Jamaica and the Caribbean Region.
